Dr. Hill
specializes in prosecuting patent applications in the life
sciences, biotechnology, plant sciences, and biofuels
technologies.
Dr. Hill received a Bachelor of Science with distinction in
Biology and Chemistry from the University of Colorado at Denver,
and a Ph.D. in Biophysics and Molecular Genetics from the
University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Hill has over 7 years of experience in research and teaching
in molecular biology, biochemistry, ecology, microbiology and
immunology. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Hill performed
research in Yellowstone National Park investigating the
regeneration of the forest following the massive forest fires of
1988. Dr. Hill’s thesis work examined steroid receptor
interactions with co-regulators, and the subsequent effects on
three-dimensional protein structure and gene transcription.
Prior to joining Jondle & Associates, Dr. Hill was a
postdoctoral researcher in an immunology/microbiology laboratory
at National Jewish Health in Colorado, where her work focused on
host-pathogen interactions.
Dr. Hill's original research and ideas have been published in
